The Idea Behind The Bharat Upskill Project
Hi there!
I started my content creation journey in 2022 when I noticed a gap in the market—no one was emphasizing the importance of upskilling, even though it was crucial to address this issue. That’s when I launched my channel, “ThatSalariedGuy,” with the goal of spreading accurate information about jobs, certifications, productivity, and communication skills. In just two years, the channel has grown to 800K+ followers across platforms and continues to expand rapidly.
One problem I identified through my many interactions with my follower base was the lack of genuine guidance on how to upskill. The Bharat Upskill Project is a step in this direction. The aim is to bring the best of industry knowledge and spread this awareness on a large scale, helping us become better equipped to contribute towards India’s goal of becoming a USD 10 trillion economy by 2032.

What is the selection criteria for this Initiative?
The Sessions are open to anyone who is working professional or student based out of India.
Is this a Paid Initiative? And How will I access the modules?
This is a free of cost for now and has no fees. But in order to get the certification and resources, you need to attend all 6 sessions. Once you fill in the details, your email id will be enrolled on our platform SalariedAcademy.com from backend and you can access the modules.
Will this Initiative also offer Job Support?
No Job support is offered as part of this initiative and intent is to equip you to find right set of opportunities after completing
What will be the duration of the Initiative?
There will be 6 Masterclasses conducted every Quarter and these will be 1hr sessions. So basically total duration would be of ~6hrs
